right of revocation

if you are not satisfied with the delivered goods or, for example, if you have ordered the wrong size, we will try to find a solution for you. regardless of our efforts to satisfy you as a customer, you are of course entitled to the legal right of revocation, the conditions of which we refer to and follow here:

revocation instruction

if you are a consumer in the sense of §13 bgb, then you, as a customer of BambooGroom, can revoke your contractual statement to BambooGroom within 14 days without giving reasons in text form - for example, by letter, fax or email. if the matter is left to you before the deadline, you can also revoke your contractual statement by returning the matter. the period begins upon receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient and not before we have fulfilled our duty to inform according to article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 para. 1 and 2 ebgb as well as our duties according to § 312g para. 1 sentence 1 bgb in connection with article 246 § 3 ebgb.

the right of revocation is excluded for contracts that are made to special wishes of the customer or spoil quickly.

consequences of revocation

in the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties are to be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) are to be surrendered. if you are unable to return or surrender the received services and benefits (e.g. benefits of use) in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must provide us with a replacement value. for the deterioration of the goods and for the use of the goods you only have to pay compensation if the use or the deterioration is due to a handling of the goods which goes beyond the examination of the properties and the functionality. by "testing of the properties and functionality" we mean the testing and trial of the respective goods, as it is possible and usual in a retail store. goods that can be sent by parcel are to be returned at our risk. you have to bear the direct costs of the return shipment. not package-capable items will be picked up at your place. you will have to pay a maximum of 65€ per returned item. obligations to reimburse payments have to be fulfilled within 30 days. for you, this period begins with the sending of your revocation or the item, for us with its receipt.
